Zhuzhou Keneng exhibited at the National Molecular Beam Epitaxy Conference and made a theme report
The 15th National Molecular Beam Epitaxy(MBE) Conference was held on Oct. 10th-13th, 2023 at Wyndham Grand Hotel, Suzhou, China. The conference is held every two years, aiming to show the new progress, new developments and new achievements in molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and its related fields in China, to provide opportunities for researchers engaged in molecular beam epitaxy and related materials and devices research to understand each other and communicate, and also to provide channels of communication and publicity for the upstream and downstream industries related to molecular beam epitaxy.
Zhuzhou Keneng is committed to the R&D, production, sales and recycling of high-purity and ultra-high-purity materials of minor metals and their compounds. Our high-purity indium(In≥99.999995%)and high-purity gallium(Ga≥99.999995%), which can be used for molecular-beam epitaxy of Gallium Arsenide-based PHEMTs and Indium Phosphide-based HEMTs and other materials, and has achieved the key indicators of localization and substitution. We have displayed a variety of ultra-high-purity metal materials and their compounds during the meeting, which was achieved high response!
